美国提摩太国际教育学院,简称TTi。从2001年开始,我们就邀请世界知名的福音派圣经学者向华人牧者讲授圣经课程。到目前为止,课程已涵盖整本圣经,并已开始第二轮的课程讲授。除圣经经卷以外,我们也开设有释经、圣经和系统神学、教会历史、敬拜研究、宣教、教牧、教育事工等学系的课程。自2020年在线课程上线以来,我们的中文讲师团队还自主研发了神学阅读、专文写作、讲章和教学预备等基础课程,为华人牧者提供全方位的圣经与服事装备。

TTi的教学理念建立在提摩太后书2:2的基础上:"要交托那忠心能教导别人的人"。在此基础上,TTi教育的核心价值是:以圣经为基础,教导学员深入认识圣经;以基督为中心,帮助学员把知识转化为生命的改变;以教会为导向,激发学员更好地应用并委身于教会的事奉。

TTi是获得正式认证的亚洲神学协会成员。现提供两种课程教学模式:密集课程和在线课程。并设有三个神学教育板块:提摩太学院,渔夫学坊,以斯拉学堂。提摩太学院以学分课、学位课为主,目前设有4个硕士学位:基督教研究文学硕士、圣经研究文学硕士、敬拜研究文学硕士、道学硕士。渔夫学坊目前设有2个证书课程:十夫长证书课程,以马忤斯证书课程。符合学位或证书课程申请条件的学员,今后可以于提摩太学院或渔夫学坊选读适合的课程,并取得相关学位或证书。以斯拉学堂提供学员自修或团体共修的在线学习。

2008年,为辅助TTi的教育事工,恩道出版有限公司在香港成立。服事包括:纸质书翻译出版、电子书制作发行、电子图书馆和读书伙伴四个板块。恩道盼望借着这些服事,让世界各地的华人神学院、教会牧者和一般会众能随时随地、方便快捷地获得高品质的基督教文字资源。

成立至今,恩道翻译出版的系列图书,获得了众多读者的一致好评。《房角石圣经注释丛书》整套34卷已于2022年初全部出版。恩道自主研发的电子书App亦在安卓与iOS的移动端, 并PC与苹果电脑端上线,方便读者在多种平台上阅读。另外,恩道亦提供电子书制作服务,在严格版权保护的环境中,推送华文电子书籍。

TTi恩道在服事华人教会的道路上,已有20多个年头。盼望弟兄姊妹持续以祷告、奉献来关心和支持我们的服事。

Since 2001, we have invited world renowned Evangelical Bible scholars to teach the Bible to Chinese pastors and church leaders. We have covered almost every book in the Bible, and we are getting ready to do it again. Besides Bible courses, we also provide courses in Hermeneutics, Theological Studies, Church History, Worship Studies, Missions, Pastoral Ministry, and Educational Ministries. Since we launched our online courses in 2020, our instructors have developed our own foundational courses in Theological Readings, Theological Writings, Biblical Proclamation, and Teaching & Learning to equip Chinese pastors with all-round biblical knowledge and practice of Christian ministry.

TTi's vision is built upon 2 Timothy 2:2: "Entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." Our core values are Bible-based: bringing a deep knowledge of the Bible to students, Christ-centered: facilitating students in transforming their knowledge into life-changing experience, and Church-directed: motivating students to better commit themselves in the ministry of their local churches.

TTi is an accredited member of the Asia Theological Association (ATA). TTi's ministry offers two main delivery methods: seminars and online courses. We deliver our theological education in three places: Timothy Institute, Fisherman Wharf, and Ezra Hall. Timothy Institute offers credit courses with four master's degrees: Master of Arts in Christian Studies, Master of Arts in Biblical studies, Master of Arts in Worship Studies, and Master of Divinity. Fisherman Wharf offers two certificate programs: Chief-of-Tens Certificate and Emmaus Certificate. Students who are eligible to apply to our degree or certificate programs can choose their preferred studies at our Timothy Institute and/or Fisherman Wharf and earn related academic degrees and certificates. Ezra Hall offers students self or church group studies without any academic credits.

In 2008, Inspirata Publishing was set up in Hong Kong. Inspirata's ministry includes printed & electronic publishing, electronic library, and reading pals. Through this publishing ministry, we hope to facilitate more convenient and efficient access to high-quality Christian materials for Chinese seminaries, church pastors and their congregations anytime and anywhere.

Books published by Inspirata have been well received since we started. We have published all 34 volumes of the Cornerstone Biblical Commentary Series in early 2022. In addition, our self-developed Inspirata ebooks App is available for free download on all iOS/Android mobile devices and PC/Mac desktop computers. This tool will enable users to do readings on different platforms. Additionally, Inspirata also provides services in ebook production and distributes ebooks globally with robust technology in copyright protection.

Fisherman Wharf

Fishing skills and techniques are taught on this campus to help fishers of men (Mark 1:17). Two certificate programs are offered. The Chief-of-Tens Certificate trains small group leaders to share responsibilities of their pastor (Exodus 18:25). The Emmaus Certificate provides training in the teaching and preaching of the Word (Luke 24:7). More certificate programs are being designed to meet increasing and diversified demands from the church.

Ezra Hall

The ethos of this campus is modelled after Ezra's heart desire to study and practice scripture (Ezra 7:10). Our diversified learning resources here will favor personal and church group study, even for Christians on-the-go through our 以斯拉学堂 App.

TTi was founded by Rev. Janson Chan who is now serving as the Executive Director of our ministries. In early 2001, Janson was helped by his two former professors, Dr. Duane Elmer and Dr. Grant Osborne to organize seminars, training church pastors and leaders in China.

One distinguishing feature of this training is the use of world-class, evangelical bible scholars. In 2005, a systematic curriculum was established consisting of Bible books for the biannual training. In 2008, we moved to Hong Kong and registered in the USA to become a non-profit organization. The ministry continued to grow with two seminars every year and with three courses in each seminar.

In 2011, we began to use digital courses for our training. These digital courses were made from video recordings of our live seminars. Local churches and seminaries in China would sponsor these courses and enrolled their own local pastors, bible study group leaders, and seminary students for their digital seminars.

From 2015, we began to investigate how remote studies could be conducted to better use our expanding number of digital courses, and how course materials and textbooks could be distributed in a copyright-protected environment. We recruited IT engineers to develop our own learning management system and our own eReader with digital rights management (DRM) technology.

2019 was a special year in our history. During this year, our first batch of students graduated with their Master of Arts degrees in Christian Studies and in Biblical Studies; TTi received academic accreditation and became a member of the Asia Theological Association; our Inspirata eBooks App was released, and our online platform was ready to accept online students at the end of 2019. We were prepared just in time for the unexpected pandemic!

2020-2022 were the best years in our ministry. Student recruitment hit record numbers; we have built our own academic, learning and content management systems, and our ebook platform and eReader app continue to attract authors and Chinese publishers alike to render their published works into ebooks, making them accessible globally to anyone at anytime and anywhere.

We have a board of directors. Our directors include Rev. Janson Chan (board chairman), Dr. Danny Hays (board secretary), Dr. Hanry Yu, Dr. Robin Hom, and Dr. David Lin.

Our first board chairman, Dr. Grant Osborne has gone to be with the Lord on November 4, 2018. We have set up a memorial website (https://go.endao.vip) to remember him and his contributions to TTi. Our second board chairmen, Dr. Duane Elmer has retired but he still carries an advisory role for our ministries.

TTi is interdenominational and is independent, with no affiliation to any local church, seminary, or mission organization. We are not associated with the Evangelical Free Church of America, but we have adopted their pre-2008 statement of faith as expressing well our own convictions of biblical truth.

1. We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.

2. We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He now is our High Priest and Advocate.

4. We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and, during this age, to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, and indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.

5. We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is, therefore, lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.

6. We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God.

7. We believe that water baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of salvation.

8. We believe that the true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the Head.

9. We believe that only those who are, thus, members of the true Church shall be eligible for membership in the local church.

10. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church and that every local church has the right, under Christ, to decide and govern its own affairs.

11. We believe in the personal and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and that this "Blessed Hope" has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.

12. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord; of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.
